If you are a real estate agent, realtor or broker and are accessing this site for the purpose of posting listings or reviewing listing accessed by your clients, all terms and conditions specific to "Agent User(s)" shall apply to you. If you are an individual working with an Agent User and are accessing this site for the purpose of reviewing available property listings or accessing other information relevant to the potential purchaser of a property, then all terms and conditions specific to "Consumer User(s)" shall apply to you. All terms and conditions not specific to an Agent User or a Consumer User shall apply to all users of this site. If you are a Consumer User, RentOrSaleProperties.com offers you access to the RentOrSaleProperties.com website solely for your personal use. You may not use the RentOrSaleProperties.com Website for any commercial purpose.

If you are an Agent User, you may go to the Admin Tab on the Realtor Dashboard page of this website, click on Manage Accounts and then click on Terminate Subscription. There will be no refund of fees paid for termination of services prior to the end of the service period. Upon termination of services by a Agent User, all Consumer Users associated with such Agent User will be immediately terminated. RentOrSaleProperties.com recommends that Agent Users notify their clients prior to terminating access to this site.

GENERAL TERMS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S.A. You hereby consent to mediation in the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Guilford County, North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the RentOrSaleProperties.com website. Use of the RentOrSaleProperties.com Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this Paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and RentOrSaleProperties.com as a result of this Agreement or use of the RentOrSaleProperties.com website.
