    Renters - Your Property Manager decides what percentage, if any, of the transaction fee you pay when submitting payments. There are no fees for receiving a payment, such as a security deposit refund.

    Property Managers/Owners - We know that you have enough on your mind, so we keep our pricing simple by only charging a flat fee for each transaction received. You control the cost as you decide what percentage of the transaction fee you pay when receiving payments. There are no property, membership, vacancy listing, or hidden fees charged. Since we do not use a percentage model you can avoid estimating your revenue.
